About

Allison holds a doctorate degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a minor in Research Methods and Statistics from Saint Louis University.

She has extensive experience in both the science and practice of management in the government (e.g., United States Secret Service and Department of Justice) and other business areas (e.g., Panera Bread, March of Dimes, & Badges for Veterans).  She is always happy to hear about her students' experiences and lend a helping hand, if possible.

Her current research interests fall broadly into two categories: personnel selection and managerial decision making.

However, her most important interest in her professional life is teaching! She has taught a range of management and data analytics courses at over seven higher education institutions, including Northeastern (She has been a part of the Analytics degree program since it was created). She enjoys developing a student-focused approach to cultivate individualized relationships with each of her students through consistent feedback and a virtual open door policy.
