Christopher E. Mellen, CPM is the Vice President of Property Management of the Simon Companies, a regional Real Estate Owner, Manager and Developer. His duties include supervising the day to day operations of all properties. Chris has over 30 years of experience in Property Management, managing all property types. In addition, he is a Certified Property Manager, an Accredited Residential Manager and a Massachusetts Real Estate Broker. He has been actively involved in The Institute of Real Estate Management both in the Boston Chapter, holding every Officer Position including its President in 2004 and on the National Level, as a Regional Vice President, Assistant Chair of the Education Committee, an Executive Councilor and most recently The International President. Chris has been named, twice, Real Estate Executive of the Month by the New England Real Estate Journal, CPM of the Year and is a member of IREM’s Academy of Authors.  He is also on the Faculty of Boston University, Northeastern University and the Institute of Real Estate Management.  Chris Graduated from Temple University with a BBA in Real Estate and Boston University with a Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Master’s of Science in Management.
