About
Originally from the former Soviet Union - the city of Odessa on the Black Sea. Leon Rozmarin received his BA in History from Suffolk University, MA in History from the University of Chicago, and Ph.D. in Political Science from Boston University. His MA Thesis was written on the subject of 18th-century Russian nobility. His Ph.D. Dissertation was written on the subject of the expected Russian balancing against China in the context of Eurasian geopolitics and American global presence. Leon's Comprehensive Exams were in the fields of International Relations, Political Philosophy, and Russian Affairs.
